Odd about not showing up in the icon browser; my gut feeling is that it hasn't managed to load properly. If you right-click on the image and tell the browser to reload said image, does that help any?

Icon overlapping should be fixed. Probably! Tweaked that a bunch.

Settings should be okay now, might need to reset your panel settings (new option, same place as the original panels).

Odd about the tags, i'll keep an eye out for that.
