It is different, yeah -- the time should be the time the update page was opened, so as long as you haven't opened a new update form in another tab or another window and posted another entry in between the time you opened this one, you shouldn't have problems.

Can you try clearing your browser cache (without the update page open) and try opening a new update form again? See if that shows the right time (it could be your browser is caching an old version of the form).
