#296: access-only users showing up on reading list

Users have given others access but not subscribed to them, so they shouldn't be visible on the reading list at all, but their posts still show up.

ETA 2/19 - fix has been implemented, looks like success. Please keep an eye on it and let me know if it breaks again.

Fixed in source repo, fix pushed live tonight. Needs re-test.

One retest so far says fix worked. Yay.
