#293: underage users accessing adult content journals

If a user is underage, and attempts to access a journal flagged adult content, he should see a note stating that the journal was so marked. Instead, underage users are currently seeing an error page with no information. (If you want to test this yourself, highlander_ii's journal is marked 'adult content'.)

ETA 2/20 - fix set; needs testing to confirm.

ETA 3/5 - tested by several users; appears to be working.

I just changed my year of birth in my profile to 2005, and got an adult content notice when trying to view highlander ii's journal.
