#307: Spellcheck currently broken

I thought it was a simple config issue, turns out it's a lot more complex -- our work to run on the 2.X branch of Apache screwed up the spellchecker. Researching what the resolution can be.

I'd just tag it 'spellcheck' so people can find it.
