#334: missing image in PMs in inbox

The 'no userpics' icon which should load in the inbox isn't showing up when a user who doesn't have any icons sends a private message.

ETA 3/5 - appears to be fixed!

Okay, it's pointing to http://s.dreamwidth.org/stc/horizon/nouserpic.png and Safari loads that as a 404.

Auuuugh that's what I patched. NOTHING ELSE IN THE CODEBASE POINTS AT HORIZON RIGHT NOW AUUUUGH.

I'll update from cvs tonight and check this out. Maybe the patch got applied wrong.
