#161: community membership problems

It is not currently possible to post locked posts to a comm. If you attempt to post unlocked and then later lock, the post will become inaccessible for commenting etc, and there doesn't appear to be a way to fix it because we couldn't edit all previous entries' security (only works on individual users).

ETA 2/24 - it should now be possible. Needs testing.

In fact, if I try to comment on the first post (previously locked but now unlocked) in this comm, it gives me a 403 Forbidden error. Will e-mail screencap to domtheknight after posting comment.

OK, maybe it was a fluke, but the first time I tried to comment, I got a Security Gateway error. System hiccup?
